I opened my agency in 2015 and currently lead a team of six. Before becoming an agent, I worked as a State Farm team member, which gave me valuable experience and helped shape the supportive culture we’ve built today.

I’m a proud graduate of University of Arizona, a husband, father, and lifelong Arizona resident. Being born and raised here has allowed me to build strong connections within the community and better serve the people around me. Our agency stays active in the community through regular events and local involvement. Building relationships and giving back are important parts of who we are.

ROLE DESCRIPTION
As Account Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member for Brett Overstreet - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
  • Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
  • Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
  • Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
QUALIFICATIONS
  • Experience in insurance sales or account management preferred.
  • Leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting sales targets.
  • Willingness to engage in sales conversations.
Compensation $45,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
