This company never ceases to amaze me with how friendly and attentive they are to any questions, needs etc. that I have. There are never any questions too big or too small that go unanswered and I always feel confident in the information I am given. Jacey goes out of her way to not only answer my questions, but then follows it up with supporting documentation and she never makes me feel like my request for information imposes on her in any way. In fact quite the opposite, she goes out of her way to get me the information quickly.This is the most competent and customer friendly agent I have worked with. "I cancelled my policy after years of constant rate increases despite having a spotless driving record and never being in an accident. Loyalty clearly means nothing here.
I even tried coming back, but the experience was a mess. I called the 800 number and spoke with multiple agents, yet no one seemed to know their own procedures. I was repeatedly referred to the Overstreet office, as no one would actually help me get a quote. When I finally did receive one, my premium had jumped from $85 to $180 per month.
Thankfully, another insurance company offered me similar coverage for around $85. I’m including screenshots of the many calls I made because the lack of communication and customer service was unbelievable.
Save yourself the frustration and shop elsewhere."
